Since our founding in Leipzig in 2020, we have been helping companies unify their IT as they grow and form groups, and make it scalable and manageable. What started as a specialised technology company has grown continuously alongside our clients' requirements. Today we serve more than 80 clients from three locations and in numerous countries – from companies in the private equity and M&A environment to clients in energy, engineering, healthcare and other industries. We understand the particular challenges of building a group like few others. Our interdisciplinary team combines technological know-how with many years of operational experience, laying the foundation for sustainable value creation.
